Yep, I've consulted weather charts, job sites, cost of living web sites, travel guides, grilled a missionary or two... you name it, I've checked it out. I'm going to go for a visit in October (should be cool enough by then) to firm up my decision and hopefully plan for a move in Feb/March.

Wow, big change! I wish you much luck and success when you do move. It takes courage to do what you've done. Have you been feeling all right with the weather?
I'll be interested in hearing about St. George. We've thought about moving there as well. Wonder about the job market?
Come check out Logan. It is a nice town :). St. George is nice weather, except it gets too hot during the summer.
